Day 1: Cuzco, Peru

Check in to your accommodation and enjoy the rest of the day on your own.

Day 2: Cuzco-Chiquisca, Peru

Depart from Cuzco and trek your way along the Apurímac canyon to Chiquisqa.

Day 3: Chiquisca-Choquequirao, Peru

Hike up to 3110m to reach the Choquequirao archaeological site, ready to explore tomorrow.

Day 4: Choquequirao-Maizal, Peru

Explore the "lost Inca city" of Choquequirao before reaching the Maizal Camp.

Day 5: Maizal-Yanama, Peru

Ascend towards Paso Victoria to Yanama Camp, where you will have time to explore the village.

Day 6: Yanama-Totora, Peru

Hike to the Totora community, with amazing views of Salkantay and Huayanay mountains on your way.

Day 7: Totora-Santa Teresa, Peru

Hike to Sayahuaco and transfer to the tropical Santa Teresa town.

Day 8: Santa Teresa-Aguas Calientes, Peru

Keep hiking onto Aguas Calientes town, where you can grab a shower and rest.

Day 9: Aguas Calientes-Cuzco, Peru
