Itinerary

Day 1: Tokyo, Japan

Kick off your Japan adventure by meeting your group at 4 PM for a briefing led by your Adventure Leader. Next, enjoy a sushi-making class where you'll prepare and savor your own dinner. 

Day 2: Tokyo, Japan

Start at Tsukiji Outer Market for fresh sushi, then visit Sensoji Temple in Asakusa. Enjoy free time with options like a Sumo experience, Sky Tree views, a Sumida River cruise, or the Samurai Museum. Reunite in Akihabara for its vibrant scene, arcades, and maid cafés, then finish your day exploring Tokyo's shopping, batting cages, or bathhouses.

Day 3: Tokyo, Japan

Start the day with a visit to the revered Meiji Shrine, explore Harajuku's vibrant fashion district, witness the iconic Shibuya Crossing, and spend the afternoon at your leisure with activities like go-karting, visiting the teamLab Planets art gallery, or exploring the Imperial Palace gardens.

Day 4: Tokyo, Japan

Start the day with a visit to Fujikawaguchiko for breathtaking views of Mount Fuji, and conclude the evening in Tokyo with relaxation or a social gathering before your journey ends.

Day 5: Tokyo - Kamakura, Japan

Journey to Kamakura for a cultural calligraphy class and explore beaches and temples like Kotoku-in and Hokokuji at your leisure.

Day 6: Kamakura - Hakone, Japan

Start with a hike in Hakone, enjoy a pirate ship cruise on Lake Ashi, visit Owakudani’s volcanic site, relax in a Japanese onsen, and end the day with a sake tasting experience.

Day 7: Hakone - Kyoto, Japan

Start the day with free time in Odawara, journey to Kyoto by bullet train, enjoy a scenic walk by Kamo River, explore Kyoto at your own pace, and optionally end with a karaoke night.

Day 8: Kyoto, Japan

Start with a tranquil visit to Higashi Hongan-ji Temple, explore Fushimi Inari Shrine's iconic torii gates, admire Kiyomizu-dera's beauty, and end your day exploring the Gion district with options for evening entertainment.

Day 9: Kyoto, Japan

Travel to Nara to explore Todaiji Temple and Nara Park, then return to Kyoto for various afternoon activities including a tea ceremony, cultural exploration, and visits to unique attractions.

Day 10: Kyoto - Hiroshima, Japan

Morning city cycling tour, meditation, tea ceremony, lunch, visit Kinkaku-ji Golden Pavilion, bullet train to Hiroshima, optional dinner at Okonomiyaki Village.

Day 11: Hiroshima, Japan

Start with the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum, ferry to Miyajima Island for scenic visits including the Itsukushima Shrine, a lunch break, then a ropeway ride for island views, and return to Hiroshima for evening exploration.

Day 12: Hiroshima - Osaka, Japan

Start the day with an early train to Osaka, enjoy a city tour ending at Shinsaibashi for lunch, explore attractions like Osaka Castle, Umeda Street, or the National Museum in your free time, and wrap up with a farewell dinner in Shinsekai and optional drinks in Shinsaibashi.

Day 13: Osaka, Japan

Final day of budget tour in Japan; travel to next destination or return home.
